According to § 22 Sentence 1 of the German Copyright Act (KunstUrhG), the distribution of images requires the consent of the person depicted. All image and video material of mine is exclusively for my own private use and is protected. Passing it on to third parties, commercial use, publication, storage, and downloading are prohibited. Violations will be reported and can be prosecuted under civil and criminal law.
